Just a few years ago I was battling depression and felt completely overwhelmed by life. I’ll never forget the day I began to cry and shake with sheer exhaustion and overwhelm; I really feared that I was heading for a complete and utter nervous breakdown. My daughters were watching. Something had to change.
As mothers we give our all to everyone around us. We have to juggle all the roles that come with the title of ‘mother’ and keeping a home; our needs are the last to be taken care of, if at all. It’s no wonder I hear so many women say ‘I don’t know who I am any more’.

Q. I’m worried I won’t have time to do this every day, how long is it?
A. Please trust me on this one, I have created this with busy mums in mind and on signup you’ll get an instant email on ‘how to fold time’ to help you. Each day has purposely been created to give you maximum effort in as little time as possible (10 to 20 minutes per day).

Q. I haven’t practised Mindfulness before can I still take part?
A. Yes, this challenge is designed for those new to mindfulness and for those who are familiar with it’s practices, I offer very down to earth, practical ways to fit this into busy days with children
Q. I don’t have children can I still take part?
A. Of course you can! I created this specifically with busy mums in mind because I know children bring a whole new challenge to ‘me’ time but this is essentially for all women.
